It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 26th Edition of the Swiss Transport Research Conference (STRC 2026), which is being organized by the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETHZ) and will be hosted in beautiful Monte Verità from May 20th to 22nd 2026.
This year, we will have the opportunity to host following keynote speakers:

Subject areas
We consider a broad range of subject areas including our non-exhaustive list of relevant topics.
Submission instructions
- We are asking authors to submit abstracts by the submission deadline of 31 January 2026. The upper limit is 200 words. For late submissions, please contact the organizing committee (strc2026@ethz.ch).
- Information on acceptance for STRC 2026 are sent out via E-Mail to corresponding authors (including information on application and submission site) no later than 15 February 2026.
- Afterwards, you have to register no later than 14 March 2026 (otherwise your spot will be forwarded).
- The full paper submission or extended abstract deadline is no later than 30 April 2026. Papers must be submitted using the conference submission system on this website.
- Paper length and style: There will be an upper limit of 9 pages for the main text of the submission of the full paper, with unlimited additional pages for references. There is also a possibility to hand in a short paper (minimum of 2000 words). Authors may use as many pages of appendix as they wish. To prepare your submission to STRC 2026, please use the Word or LaTeX template provided.

- As a presenter, you will be asked to read a paper from your session (which we will assign to you) and formulate opening questions for discussion.
